Welcome
This Annual dinner is the premier event for the nuclear industry in the UK. The dinner follows on from the successful and informative Energy Choices seminar earlier in the day and so offers the chance to relax and meet friends and colleagues after an interesting and informative day of presentations and events.
Companies can elect to hire additional hospitality facilities, direct with the hotel, to provide thier colleagues and customers with an exclusive venue to relax prior to the meal. It is also possible to pre-order wine with the meal and book meals for those with special dietary requirements.
This year there will be no BNES annual Lecture, so attendees have more time to travel from the Energy Choices events and to socialise prior to the meal starting.
The dinner will take place on the 4th December 2008.
The dinner is run jointly between the Nuclear Institute, British Nuclear Energy Society (BNES), the Institutionof Nuclear Engineers (INucE) and the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA).
The Venue for the dinner will be the Royal Lancaster Hotel, Hyde Park, London. You can obtain information regarding the hotel here
Registrations will open on the site on the 1st September 2008 at 9.00am the booking of tables will be subject to terms and conditions. When making reservations you will be required to enter the primary contact details with whom all correspondence will be carried out. The primary contact does not need to be a dinner guest as they will be able to enter any discount code for which you might be eligible.
